& Emotional Support Hotline Update
JHV
is currently reviewing the procedures regarding the Crisis
& Emotional Support Hotline.
During this period of review we ask that you please remain
patient as we examine our options and further refine our
ability to handle the extreme volume of calls we receive.
We
understand your calls are important and ask that during
this period you limit calls to URGENT matters only.
JHV
has roughly 12,000 members nationwide and as such you may
experience delays in the return of any messages we receive
however, please be assured we will attend to your specific
needs as soon as possible.
We
apologize for any burden this may cause. We anticipate this
review to be completed by the Spring of 2006 and the refinements
in-place shortly thereafter.
