Justice For Homicide Victims

Note: The California Center For Family Survivors of Homicide (JHV) is a California 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation subject to all rules and regulations of the California Public Benefit Corporation Law.

No substantial part of the activities of the corporation shall consist of the publication or discrimination of materials for the prupose of attempting to influence legislation and the corporation shall not participate, intervene in any political campaign on behalf of any candidate for public office or for or against any cause or measure being submitted to the public for a vote.
