The Homicide Victims Memorial is the first interactive memorial in the country dedicated exclusively to homicide victims.
This elegant white marble kiosk rests on the grounds of Rose Hills Cemetery in Whittier, California. It houses an interactive digital theater which displays the biographies of hundreds of homicide victims with more added each month.

Made possible by a generous grant from Nick & Stacey Nicholas, the Homicide Victims Memorial is the only one of its kind in the country.

Not only does the memorial represent a milestone in the accomplishments of JHV - the annual celebration of Victims' Rights Week draws visitors from throughout the country. The ceremony includes awards for the distinguished services performed by many District Attorneys, Deputy D.A.'s, Mayors, Governors and countless Victims Rights Advocates.

Provided by Justice for Homicide Victims, this peaceful memorial is a place for victims family and friends to remember and honor their loved-ones.

Families of homicide victims work with specially-trained biographers to create permanent, digital archives that keep the memory of their loved-ones alive forever.

These interactive biographies, which are professionally prepared by Forever Memorial, are perpetually preserved and displayed on the interactive theater at the Homicide Victims Memorial as well as on the Forever Network website which is available through our Biographies section - allowing anyone to view your loved-one's biography from anywhere.

"This magnificent memorial really says many things. It is state-of-the-art technology. It really does mean that the memory of loved-ones will be preserved for future generations."

Former California Governor, Pete Wilson

The Homicide Victims Memorial is a masterpiece serving as a tribute to the lives of loved-ones lost to such tragedy. The interactive, digital theater offers custom Biographies which include photos, text biographies and touching audio/video narrations dedicated to individual victims by their family and friends.
